passenger wiper stopped working 05 ctt

Hello again. Driving in a very heavy rain storm in so. florida and passenger wiper stopped working all together. Drivers still works fine. Im on vacation here and any help would be greatly needed!! Wiper will move if you move it otherwise nothing..

At the base of the wiper arm under a protective cap is a retaining nut, just tighten it and all should be well.
