PCM2.1 - Navigation Update How to update PCM2.1 to be able to use navig. DVD 08.2007 (or higher)?

Hi All Porsche drivers,
I have my 2004 Cayenne (9PA EC 22 01) with navigation. The navigation DVD I use is "PCM DVD-Navigation Europe 10.2004.
I would like to use higher version of the navigation DVD. Somewhere I have read that before using the navigation DVD 08.2007 (or higher), the PCM2.1 must be updated.
The current version of PCM2.1 in my car is: 04202 FD1/2704.
Can somebody help me with this update?
Do anybody knows the part numbers of PCM2.1 Multimedia Update CDs for Cayenne?
Do anybody knows the bulletin for Instalation and Conversion Instructions for Cayenne?

Me too. Just picked up '04 Cayenne S with unreadable scratched CDs (only the one I need for my area are scratched of course). If you find anything out, it would be most appreciated.
