06 Cayenne S Rotor Replacement Q - PLEASE HELP

This is my first break job - I am in the process of changing the pads and rotors. I have followed the excellent instructions for replacing the pads but have done multiple searches for the rotors and found only this http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?s...tor+replacement which is quite different on the Cayenne. To remove the rotor I understand I need a torx 50 for the bolt and it is 200 torq ( see below ). I need to remove the caliper to put the new rotor on which has 2 bolts on the back side . That leaves the brake line going to the caliper - do I need to take it off? Or should I use the string method as indicated in the referenced link? What are the torque settings for it and the caliper bolts? Thank you!

Brake caliper to wheel carrier bolts are torqued to 200 fl/lbs. No need to open/remove the hydraulic line. Pay attention as the rotors are marked left and right.
