TPMS (retro fit)?

One feature I wish I had ordered with my 2005 Cayenne S is the TPMS tire pressure monitoring. Any chance I can install it myself or not possible?

almost the same question here:

I've got 4 TPMS wheel sensor, but no antenna in the car. could someone post which are the parts needed to retrofit this?
also, guess you need to run a PIWIS into the car and turn on the TPMS system.
