I have a kind of rattle or whistle when I'm driving on highway and hard to find where it come from at 60-70 mph. It's seem like under the dash or around the driver door. P dealer installed new rubber plug in the door and nothing have changed. I turned off the ventilation fan and I still hear the strange noise. Any one had the same problem in the past ?

You might want to check your brake ducts. I found one that was loose. And whenever I would go above 100 mph it would start to buzz. Sounded like someone stuck a card in a fan.
