Looking for advice on 3rd Party warranty for my cayenne

Folks,

My 06 Cayenne is almost out of warranty. 49K miles. I plan to keep the car as there is nothing else like that on the road. My wife loves it. 2 different bay area dealers have quoted me between 4K and 5K for Platinum extended warranties.

The car has been pretty much trouble free so far. Nothing major. Navi was replaced once and the Xenon lamp leveling system another time. Engine, trani, suspension, no issues and in very good condition.

Can anyone recommend a good company I can buy my warranty from along with how much should I expect to pay for something like 3 year 36K miles type of platinum warranty.
