Boxster/Cayman conversion

Recommended Posts

I just saw the Cayman for the first time on the web, and it's HOT! I've read that it's essentially a Boxster updated. From the outside, I'd have to agree. Now, I gotta wait 'til somebody comes up with a Boxster / Cayman makeover kit. I'm sure it won't be long....I'll jump on that even if it means losing my convertible option. Sorry, but the hardtop for the Boxster is a little lame. But, I still love my baby.

Hmmmm.....just had a thought....engine access with a permanent hardtop?

I got an e-mail from them about the top, I believe the price was around $5,000 (USD) back in May of this year.

Please have a look at our US web site (www.zeintec-usa.com) for updates, etc. We have put a few comments regarding the top on the “NewsFlash” page, and will add more as questions come up.

We are pleased to announce that as of this moment, we are in a position to take pre-orders for the first shipment of tops arriving early August. We accept VISA, MC and AMEX. If you wish to reserve a top form this first shipment, please let us know.

We are all very excited about the prospect of providing current Boxster owners essentially a new car (okay, new look car) and possibly turning the used Boxster market upside down. Our goal is to begin advertising in key magazines shortly, and taking part or at least being present at the Porsche Parade in Portland in August. Hope to see some of you there, let me know if you plan to attend and I will introduce you to the Zeintop personally.

Whoa, 5k, alittle pricy but very nice as far as looks go.
