Dealer installed a new CDR-220 in the 01 Boxster.. and I can't find the
**** code for it... I assume they need the serial number and VIN?
How long does it take to get the code.. anyone gone through this?

With the radio on, hold the "TP" button for 5 seconds until the active screen "Becker" appears. Then turn the right hand knob one click at a time until the radio window displays the serial number of the radio. Once you have this info, you can call PCNA or any dealer for that matter and they can get the code for you. You may be asked to prove you are the registered owner.

Thanks Loren, luckily I found the code.. also the serial number is on the back of the unit as well... But your method is great if the unit is not pulled out..
