  1. Dear fellow forum members, you are my last hope to solve my issue without tearing the whole car apart. I have a shortened interior lighting wire, which I want to trace and fix. Initially, it was blowing fuse #12 in a left fuse box. This fuse powers Network control module under left side of dash. I have managed to find the output wire which is shortened that goes from the network control module. It is Term 30G, K2 connector, RED. So I have isolated this wire, powered up the control module and now I have footwell, door, dash lights working. However none of the top lights work. I have a very basic wiring diagram for my Cayenne S 06, and it indicates that from where I found it, the shortened wire goes to a distribution point and it splits to 7 wires. These 7 wires go to different sides of a car making it extremely difficult to trace. So I need to know where that distribution point is in order to identify the individual branch which is shortened. The distribution point is identified as "SP_S386" in my diagram. Someone on another forum has guided me that it could be in a right fuse box. So I have taken it out to check but it's not there. Simply, there is no room in there for it. There's nothing but fuse terminals. From what I physically seen, that wire goes into a very fat wiring loom under a dash, making it impossible to trace and no sign of the distribution point. Maybe you have faced a similar problem before or have a detailed schematics? I will be extremely thankful for any guide on my issue. Thanks
