  1. i replaced mine on my 88 cab .i lucked out and found a NOS seating in shop in and got it on ebay for 100$ that was the easy part .... if you have never done this before its not and easy job most of the top is glued on .their is alot of cutting and stretching the matearal. it took me and a freind who has done this several times 10 hours
  2. yesterday i installed an XM tuner in my car . so pull the horseshoe with all the switchs in it and got the nav /radio out without breaking anything .when i put it all back together the PSE did'nt work it was stuck in quiet mode (that sucked) i though maybe i broke the switch when i removed the plug from the back of it . so i ordered a new switch from sunset only 23$ anyway today i played with the old switch with no luck so i just left the switch out till the new one gets here .about a hour ago it just start working with no switch at all . anybody have any problems with this sytem
  3. i'am not sure who makes it ,would it say becker on it somewhere?
  4. hi i have 04 C4S with navigation and radio in the same unit . i removed the CD storage tray and face plate and made a carbon fiber face to fit the XM unit into but i can't find anything on how to remove the nav/radio unit .i have to get in their to unplug the ant . i looked in the DIY section but no luck i don't want to just start prying at things .anybody know of a link on how to remove radio ,i tried the search but could'nt find anything
  5. hi guys new member here , i hope this forum is as helpful as some of the other forums i belong to . anyway i just picked up a 04 C4S cab speed yellow with 23k on it and i just love it the nicest sports car i've ever driven and i have several including a 88 911 cab . heres the problem the dealer where i bought it is'nt a porsche dealer so its not a POC car . he got the car at auction and the car did'nt have the owners manual, only one key, and no CDs for the nav . i found the CDs on ebay but can't find the owners manual anywhere is their a pdf file somewhere i can download ?? the auto door locks are driving me crazy if i want to lock the doors i'll lock them . theirs got to be away to disable this feature
