Cayenne Turbo front and rear brake discs and pads

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys!

Could you tell me the part numbers for the Porsche Cayenne Turbo? (made on the 1st. of March 2007; 4806cm3; 368kW - 500hp)

-Front brake disc - left

-Front brake disc - right

The front discs are 368x36mm

-Rear brake disc - left

-Rear brake disc - right

The rears should be 358mm, but not sure in this one!

-Front brake pads

-Rear brake pads

Additionally... are there any aftermarket brakepart for this car? (Brembo, ATE, Zimmermann etc...)

Regards,

Tibi

:welcome:

Based on your engine power your Cayenne Turbo should have 19 inch front brakes (not 14.5 inches (368 mm) as your measurement suggests).

Can you verify this so I can get you the correct part numbers?

Thanks for the welcome!

Unfortunately the car isn't mine :( , and I just found out that the build date in the vehicle papers are not the build date, but the date when the car went onto roads first).

The car was made at the 1st. of March, 2007.

Yesterday I removed the front wheels, and measured the front brake disc. It's d=368mm at the front.

it's this caliper:

368 mm x 36 mm

and could you possibly give me the original part number for the brake wear indicator cables?

"your Cayenne Turbo should have 19 inch front brakes (not 14.5 inches (368 mm))"

Isn't 19 inch is the wheel diameter reference? As nobody on earth makes 19 inch brake discs! That would be 482.6mm! Nearly half a meter for a brake disc?

But the wheel diamater seems to be OK, as the car has original 19" Porsche alloys!

Well, I'm turning back to you again!

I've tried several companies in Europe, but nobody can give me brake parts fro the facelifted Cayenne! :o (it can happen that I managed to find the bad companies...)

So my question is: Where can I get the brake parts above? The best would be to get them from the E.U., but if that's the last chance, even the U.S. will do (but postage would be very high).

Try www.carnewal.com - they are in Belgium.
