Hi everyone,

I am happy to announce that the first few sets of "LIGHT SAVERS" have been shipped to customers for review and comment.  After these customers

have commented on what they think of the product and what they like and /or what should be changed, we will make necessary adjustments and release

them to everyone.post-94431-0-23413900-1456772980_thumb.jpost-94431-0-38355800-1456772975_thumb.j

Hi Guys,

I am finished with the new design and am currently, as in today, producing parts.  Unless something goes wrong I will be releasing the "lucky 13" on Monday.  I will post a link here on 6Speed to an eBay listing for 13 at the introductory price of $29.95. after that, refer to my website, www.ycccdiy.com where they can be purchased at the full price of $79.95.  If you are purchasing from outside the USA, please be sure to select the correct buy it now button as shipping is different for USA and international.  Thank you all for your patience, I'm heading back out to the shop.  Look for my "Light Savers" video on my youtube channel, engineerboy100 also, coming tomorrow (Sunday) for a look at the final version and tips on how to install correctly.

The Light Savers are in production and a batch of "Lucky-13" will be placed on eBay Monday afternoon.  A link to the listing will be posted here on 6speed. Once the initial 13 promotionally priced units are gone, the Light Savers can be purchased from my website www.ycccdiy.com for the regular price of $79.95. Those who get the promo "Thank You" price please post  pics and reviews of product for others to see. We already have some happy customers:

Thank you

Engineerboy100

Sounds like a great deal; especially for those of us that have broken tabs. Can you put me down for a set is seal gray if possible. Please let me know and I can PayPal the funds to you or purchase them on your web site. Thank you again for replying back so quickly.

Thanks,

Saadi

Do you still want seal gray? I strongly recommend against it and suggest you watch the YouTube Video first before choosing seal gray.  I can make them, but you probably won't like the way they look when you get them.  I would go with black like the OEM mount flange.  But if you ultimately decide you want gray, red, yellow, blue etc.  I can make them, just let me know.

Light Savers are now available and have been now for about a week.

They can be purchased from our website - www.ycccdiy.com

They are also on eBay for the same price just search for "Porsche Light Savers"

You may also send a payment directly to our PayPal e-mail at: Porschetaillight@gmail.com

We did have a special for $29.95 which many have been asking about. That special has ended but we may run another special around Christmas.

The current price is $79.95 for a set of 2 not each. I am working very hard on getting the aluminum powder coated version up and available but for now we only have the automotive thermal impact plastic version. The aluminum version will be $124.95 and will also be on our website and on eBay and via direct PayPal as well.

I will post another video for the aluminum version as well. Here is a link for installation of the polymer version. We strongly recommend that you watch the video before attempting to install your Light Savers and close the engine compartment lid slowly at first while checking for clearance!

Here is a sneak preview of what we are designing for the Aluminum version "Light Saver 2" we are working on the tooling and molds and they should be available in 90-days if all goes well as planned. Take a look. The words "Light Saver" on the current version will be replaced with the initials "LS" as you will see and the letters will be offered in the color of your choice.
