Vanity mirrors with no illumination?

Hi all, after a week of ownership for the first time I lowered the sun visor and opened the mirror and was shocked to see there were no lights there. Now it isn't that I cannot live without them, but really? I didn't even think to ask.

You may want to check with your dealer, I think you should have one on the driver's side, not sure about the passengers.

Unfortunately got :

"Unfortunately the Cayman and Boxster does not come with a lighted vanity mirror."

Sigh - I wonder what the part number for the lighted version is and how much effort it is to DIY. I am really honestly surprised.
