Cayenne Turbo Battery Removal DIY

These are the steps I took to change out my very heavy Battery. I have seen this done on a VW on YouTube but I wanted to start giving my two cents since I'm a newbie at this. I hope this helps someone else. 1. Hook up a battery charger to keep a flow of current to the electronics. Great thread and pictures thanks!

Only thing is you do not have to remove all that to change the battery. All you need to do is remove the front 2 bottom bolts and the whole seat will just tilt back, it's on a huge hinge.

Might save some people time and its hard to get the front carpet plastic piece back in without leaving a gap, this way you dont have to take it off.

What is the size of the Torx bit to remove the seat bracket bolts? I tried a 50 and even though it worked on one it seems too small and slipped on the second one.

The reason its slipping It is not Torx. You need a 10MM 12 point triple square bit.
