2010 Cayenne S Idile Rough and found fault codes in Durametric

Recommended Posts

It idiles rough some times, and then when you get to the next stop sign the problem seems to go away, Ran fine once moving, just stumbing below 1000rpm. I pulled the computer fuse for 20 seconds and also tried testing the fuel pumps. Runs fine now however durametric has given me the following codes.

0424 - Upper Limit Value Exceeded

3002 - No signal/communication

5113 - implausable signal

5313 - implausable signal

3226 - no signal/communication

ok after cleaning the maf's nothing changed, so I then plugged in durametric and read cyl missfires I got 1 on cyl one and 20 on cyl 3

So i switched coil pack 2>3 3>2. and checked again and still missfire on cyl 3. Then I ripped the intake off and fuel rail and swapped injector 1>2 2>1 and 3>4 and 4>3 and I am still getting misfire on cyl 3. Any ideas the plug in cyl 3 dosen't look the worst but it does look a bit like it has burnt lean.

Found another issue, a vacuum line that has no place to go, here it is see in the passenger corner above the rear most portion of the intake. Two of the three lines have somewhere to go, but I cannot seem to find where the third goes off the T fitting.

Tracing this line the bottom hose goes down to the valve cover and the piece going to the right and goes to another tee one of which goes into a hose to go to the back of the engine bay and that other goes to the little solinoid on the back of the intake. Just cant figure out where the 3rd in the picture goes. there is nothing obvious off anywhere.
