I sucked the water from the expansion tank its clean

 

there is two things I am suspecting

 

1- it could grease  from failing water pump. bearings

 

2- a water leak somewhere and the car wash guy sprayed the hole engine bay with some sort of white fuel we call it locally Gas or kerosene its got into the cooling system.

 

otherwise head gasket

Before you go to drastic measure, be sure to check the oil/water cooler at the front of the engine by the oil filter. Usually the oil and coolant will go both ways depending on engine running or off and heating up & cooling down. Sometimes you won't get enough water in the oil to notice at first as it will burn off when the temp heats up. Not a quick answer but an oil analysis from Blackstone labs would be one way to tell. A compression check as well as pressure testing the cooler and it's seals is another way. There are some seals between the block and the cooler/filter assembly but it could be internal also. Hopefully not the head gasket.

I too am dealing with this issue. The dealership has assured me its nothing/normal??? I'm not a Porsche mechanic but I do know that the two fluids are seperated from each other in the system and if there is any mixing it is usually due to a leak somewhere in the system. The dealership had replaced the starter prior to my finalizing the purchase. (also finding out the coolant tubes were upgraded) :thumbup: In addition to the oil present in cooling system my CTT is consuming coolant with no sign of leaks and the tell tale 'sweet exhaust' odor. I suspect the dealership mech did a sub par job on the intake reinstall post starter re/re.

 

Any insight/input is greatly appreciated
