Questions about lowering 2008 Porsche Cayenne V6 with H&R Springs

I ordered the H & R springs to lower my suspension.  I bought my 2008 Porsche Cayenne V6 (w/o air suspension) about 13 months ago.  I was told when I bought it that the struts and springs had been replaced (I'm assuming with OEM parts).  Without the front wheel liners off, I can see that the springs are new because the Porsche labels look to be clean and new.  Assuming that the struts are new, is it ok to have the H&R springs installed using the current OEM struts or do you recommend that I get new/different struts such as Bilsteins?

 

Also, would I have to get a camber kit?  My wheel & tire size are 275/45/20.
