Any experience with R1 Concepts Ceramic brake pads or Disc Italia

In my search for ceramic brake pads for my 2012 Cayenne S with regular rotors I can only find one brand that sells both front and rear, well two I guess which I will explain. The main one I am looking at is a ceramic set from R1 concepts I found on Amazon. Here is a picture, has anyone used this brand either on a Cayenne or even in general?

Also I found a set on brakeworld.com, a brand called Disc Italia and they have mixed reviews for the brand itself. They seem popular with Range Rover owners but not good experience with BMW if I recall. If anyone has bought this brand ceramic pads I would also be interested.
