Satellite radio issue

Hi all, have a new to me 06 turbo S, fixing all the wonderful little issues that seem to be common. One I can't figure is the satellite radio. Everything else with my PCM 2.1 works except this. Preview channel comes on screen but no audio. I tried to activate but nothing would go through or activate. Questions are where is the antenna exactly, I opened up rear spoiler but not sure what components are satellite radio. And where is the main sat radio tuner located? Could it be a bad antenna or tuner? There was another post with a guy with a C2s with same symptoms but his ended up activating after a while, I believe with new antenna. I'd like to get the sat radio working and be done with this without having to go after market. Any advice from anyone? Thanks! Btw, it's pcm 2.1 with latest software 3.3 and "b" version. Satellite shows up in menu, just no sound out of channel and no way to make adjustments to settings or change channels
