Got time to look and see if my PCV's diaphragm was the culprit to my P2189/P2187 check engine code after finding that it could be on another forum.  Got on top of my engine and before unplugging out of the PCV decided to just look at the hoses (had part of the trim around the back of the engine off anyway and it being 11 years old).  Looked down and saw these two hoses split that go into the "sucking jet pump", followed one of them down that plugs into the intake pipe, not for sure where the other goes.

Also a part number would be great if i could get it for these, it is the VR6 engine

Hello everyone, I usually only come on here for advice, however since it has been such a huge help I decided to post my experience.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I Followed your advice & I had the exact same hose that was split !! I have been getting p2187 & p2189 codes non stop for a few months now. I replaced 02 sensors trying to solve the issue. The 02 sensors were not the problem.
It was a vacuum leak. One of the hoses going into "sucking jet pump" were split . I have since fixed it and no check engine light YAYYYY!
