i ran my 99 C4 tip moderately hard today and after all the adrenaline rush, i park the car and after 30mins it wont start. the engine turned over but did not catch. on my 6th try it caught and started fine. this is the 3rd time since i got the car this happens after a hard run. my car only has 15,000 kms (9,300miles) btw. battery is fine, lites/radio/elecrtics work. ive searched this site but cudnt find answers. ur thoughts wud be appreciated.

You say "the engine turned over but did not catch." I assume then, that this is not a battery or starter problem but most likely an electrical problem relating to the fuel injection or ignition. If you crank it for a few seconds and it doesn't start, smell the tailpipe for evidence of raw fuel. This will help you decide if it is fuel or ignition related.
