	<span style="background-color:#f9f9f9;color:#222222;font-size:13.33px;">I have tried two different dongles to convert my wired CarPlay to wireless Android Auto.</span><br style="background-color:#f9f9f9;color:#222222;font-size:13.33px;" />
	<span style="background-color:#f9f9f9;color:#222222;font-size:13.33px;">1. The Dashlynx did not work at all - even after hours with tech support. Do not deal with this company!!!!</span><br style="background-color:#f9f9f9;color:#222222;font-size:13.33px;" />
	<span style="background-color:#f9f9f9;color:#222222;font-size:13.33px;">2. The Carlinkit 4.0 works but the resolution does not match the car and the image is too large so I cannot access the menu buttons under the map, (see photo). After multiple attempts at changing the dongle resolution and dealing with their tech support, they determined that it is not compatible with my 24 Macan.</span><br style="background-color:#f9f9f9;color:#222222;font-size:13.33px;" />
	<span style="background-color:#f9f9f9;color:#222222;font-size:13.33px;">Does anyone have the same 24 Macan and has been able to get one of the dongles to work correctly? If so, which one?</span>

	So I noticed shortly after getting the new car, the altimeter was way off. Not always, but often. Upon mentioning it to the dealer, they acted as if it’s not a big deal and that I was expecting a little too much for the feature to display correct information.
</p>

<p>
	No big deal I guess.  But why have it if it doesn’t display the correct elevation?  <br />

</p>

<p>
	Does yours display the correct elevation?  Here’s a pic from the other day - off by hundreds of feet.   Am I expecting too much in expecting it to work properly?  Dealer says there is no recalibrating it. <a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" href="https://www.renntech.org/uploads/monthly_2023_06/IMG_2809.jpeg.973ef863ae0c2e8848b8b91f4766b04d.jpeg" data-fileid="42109" data-fileext="jpeg" rel=""><img class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="42109" data-ratio="139.66" width="537" alt="IMG_2809.thumb.jpeg.0d8108a10cfa5f29a5247e07d170a8ba.jpeg" data-src="https://www.renntech.org/uploads/monthly_2023_06/IMG_2809.thumb.jpeg.0d8108a10cfa5f29a5247e07d170a8ba.jpeg" src="https://www.renntech.org/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></a>

	I have a new Macan GTS on order and will doing the PPF thing immediately upon arrival. I’d appreciate any comments and experience with either Xpel or Hexis Bodyfence. Which is better. Looking forward to your input.

	So far our experience has been that the center dash air conditioning vents are pretty much useless.  There is about 0 air that comes from them?  is that your experience?  Generally in our other cars we have kept the a/c at 74F and it does the trick.  This car is more like 68F to feel like 74....  Then the darn thing is so noisy its crazy...

	I ordered a new GTS and am awaiting delivery. After ordering I discovered it had floating caliper rear brakes. Very un Porschelike. In fact the only car in the entire lineup with floating caliper brakes. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with this setup?

<p>

<p>
	Second, the GTS comes with the new surface coated brakes.  Any experience or comments on these?  <br />

	So we picked up a 2023 Macan GTS yesterday. Beautiful car!  BUT, today I went to the trusty owner manual - I’m a manual guy for sure - to figure out the weak A/C. What a surprise - the book is very condensed with a lot of refrences to “digital”. I think it’s on the 1st page it explains to go to something like manual.Porsche.com and another site or the app to get a .pdf version. So the 2 addresses did not work for me - 1 was in German and the other had no .pdf version and the app is useless and had none either. About all the app is good for is advertising and how to get hooked up with Porsche partners b.s.  So no more full scale manuals?  Where to get the .pdf ?  Anyone know?

<p>
	Just ordered my 2022 Macan, with my build slot arriving around the end of July,

	Cannot wait to get my new ride. Took one for a spin today and couldn't wait to finalize my configuration and place my deposit.

<p>
	These website images show my configuration, except mine doesn't have the rally clock.
