**Quick background: In 2012 I had purchased a no-drill license plate mounting bracket through Porsche of Tysons and had them install it during an emissions inspection. They ordered the wrong part and drilled right through my bumper ( Porsche of Tysons wrecked my new 997 Turbos bumper!!! ). When I spoke with the service manager he refused to fix the bumper. I posted a thread on several forums, received a PM from a member stating he dropped out of a 997 Turbo purchase and cited the thread, and later that day received a call from the service manager asking me to delete the threads and agreed to replacing my bumper. **Feature Presentation: In January of this year someone in a much, much larger SUV ran me off the road causing me to jump a short curb and hit a plastic sign post. The front bumper, sideskirts, and some "minor undercarriage" damage totaled ~ $18k. Their insurance admitted liability (and reversed it after supplementals were approved and repairs authorized... I'm currently in arbitration, isn't this story awesome?!?) and I had heard Tysons Corner Collision Center was the place to go, Porsche certified, etc. I was told there was a small two week backlog, repairs would take four days, and I would have the car back no later than 3-4 weeks from drop-off. Five weeks later I was calling William "Guy" Johnson daily asking for updates. Finally I got sick of him ducking my calls and drove in to ask in person. I was told my car was not there and had been moved to Porsche of Tysons because the oil reservoir had to be replaced, the car had been over there for almost two weeks, and was not ready for pickup. Several days later after calling both the dealership and TCCC my car was "ready" but when I arrived I was told it was not ready for pickup; Guy refused to release my car citing he did not have enough time to put it through "quality control" and it would be ready the following Monday (of course this was a gorgeous Friday). When the car was finally ready for pickup it was obvious that the car had been sitting outside for days if not weeks even though TCCC claimed it was "just washed an hour ago." When I got home I noticed the license plate was slightly crooked. Upon further inspection they had forgotten to insert the spacer on the tow-hook mount and scratched/ground the paint and composite of the bumper (see photos below). The best part, however, is that they forgot to bolt the oil reservoir to the vacuum pump. I discovered this error this weekend while driving on a major road flinging oil and smoke on drivers behind me. Thankfully within seconds of seeing and smelling the smoke my oil pressure warning went off and I was able to pull off the road. My precious was leaking oil at a steady pace from the drivers side rear corner and the back of the car was covered in oil. Thankfully the car did not seem to overheat; The engine temp was reported at 175 and the oil temp registered as high as ~220-225. I had it towed to my buddies at New German Performance in Lorton, VA who quickly sent me the below picture and explained that the oil reservoir had uncoupled from the vacuum pump because it was never bolted in and, oh by the way, the dealership had only mounted the driver's side of my exhaust back on to the car... After speaking with NGP I called Porsche of Tysons who refused to speak with me citing they were a subcontractor in this matter and referred me to TCCC even though both are owned by Penske Automotive. TCCC told me they would review their records, speak with their manager, and call me back before they left for the day. I post this rant roughly four hours later. TCCC has closed shop without contact.
