  1. Add PSE as I did in my 2013 Carrera S. install at a local independent was about $500. Totally transforms the car. https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/SKU991PSE.html Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. You would need the optional sport exhaust for that. I added it to my 2013 Carrera S and it was the best money I've spent on the car - totally transforms it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I ended up getting MPSS and couldn't be happier with them. They somehow ride smoother and quieter than the PZero's, yet are more responsive and overall handle better. Went through TireRack and shipped directly to my local independent garage in less than 48 hours. Got a nail in a rear tire after 1,500 miles and got a new tire through their Road Hazard coverage without an issue. I highly recommend them! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I'm about 3k miles from needing to replace the tires on my 2013 991 Carrera S and was planning on going the MPSS route - currently have P Zeros. I really like the way the sidewalls look on the Pirelli's - are the MPSS similar? I can't find any photos.
  5. I have a 2013 Carrera S and I always drive in Sport. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Back in April I purchased a 2013 Carrara S and I've had one consistent issue with it - the airbag warning light comes on and stays on. It's been at the dealer 3 times for this, the 1st two they reset it (and it came back on within a couple days) and the last time they replaced the control module, which kept it off for about 2 weeks. I detailed it the other morning, and as I was backing out I realized it was on again. I can't be 100% certain, but I believe that pushing the passenger seat all the way back is causing this. The dealer doesn't seem to believe me, but as this is now the 4th time they will be servicing this I think they may look at this now. Anyone else ever have this issue? If so, I would love to know what the problem / solution was.
  7. I just had the wheels on my 2013 Carrera S refinished by a well known company, through my local Porsche dealer. They media blasted the wheels and then did the powder-coat / bake process. They came back with so much orange peel that the dealer didn't charge me - how bad does something have to be when a car dealer wouldn't take your money??? They look fine from 6' away, but any closer its a 2/10 quality job. I didn't speak with anyone from the wheel company before I had it done, and since the dealer was so matter-of-fact about it I didn't worry about it. I had researched them a little and they have been around for a long time and typically have great reviews, but not with mine. I will be getting them redone next month and this time I will talk with the company and make sure they are done right and my expectations are met. At least the dealer was cool about it, and gave me a loaner for the 2 weeks it took (and will give me another). Just make sure that your expectations are known before you have it done. 8. I ended up sticking with the stock. I really like your anthracite finish, much more than the platinum satin, but without seeing them in person or being 100% sure how they would turn out I just couldn't do it. Now I have to wait... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Hi - I have a Platinum Silver 911S (2013) and am thinking of getting my wheels repainted in the factory Platinum Satin finish and was wondering if anyone here had that combo and could post some pictures. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. That would be cool, but I don't think that would be possible. The 991.2 offers Apple CarPlay and I'd imagine the system itself would be different for that. I'd love to see this happen though [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Thanks for this - the manual wasn't clear and I'm usually the one who figured this out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
