  1. Changed battery today. Fired up and off we go. Thanks for ur input
  2. Loren u know I have been racking my head and can't see what else it did b. With a boost starts right away. Now I did charge it but the charge does drop very fast for turning it over 2 times. K I'll go to a garage and give it a ****. Thanks for taking the time
  3. So I recently took out my 2000 986 out for the season. Battery was dead so on the charger or went. Next day started it up and off I went. Next day it won't start. Battery was up. Put the key in and lots of lights and clicking but won't turn over. So I boosted it off my truck starts like a charm and runs well. After reviewing posts I removed my seat and check the immobilizer. It was dry no corrosion as I never drive it in the rain and store it in the garage. All fuses r good. All contacts and clips r good on immobilizer. Each try I won't start but if I boost it or runs and turns over no problem. So it can't be a start issue. Battery charges and alternate shud b good. If the car will Start amd run off a boost i wid think the immobilizer shud not be active. Amy ideas
