Lost Radio Code - post your request here

When I was discussing this issue with the local Porsche dealer service manager, he looked up the model and SN and suggested 2796. Which ever one works, how do you test this without disconnecting the battery? Is there a menu choice on the radio where you are prompted for the code, when it is fully operational already?

Lost Radio Code - post your request here

Loren, Looking for the missing radio code for my factory CR-220 on my just purchased 2001 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet. Model# Becker 4362, SN 15031791. Why is it that previous owners can't retain manuals and said codes? It really isn't that hard. Groan! Jim
