  1. My car has been stored for 7 years and I wanted to use it this summer. I started the car in my shop to let it run. When I turned on the heater/defroster I noticed a strange noise coming from the fan. I don't know what it maybe. I would like to replace the pollen filter as well as figure out what may be causing the noise. How can I relatively easily access the blower fan to check out this noise? Has anyone else had or have a similar experience?
  2. I have checked and tried those suggestions and I am experiencing the same problems. Any other Idea's?
  3. Thanks I will start with these and see what happens. Fingers crossed.
  4. I have a 05 Boxster S. My battery died and I tried the fuse box jumper process and it didn't work. So I found the emergency latch cable in the driver side front wheel well and used that to open the front hood. Now my issue is I cant get the latch to latch and keep the hood secured. Also the switch inside the passenger compartment for the front hood won't open the hood. This is my first Porsche and I am not familiar with alot of Porsche tricks any ideas of what the problem may be or where to start would be great.
