  1. Actually yes! The seat heaters were on my list for the mechanic to reset. The previous owner had the battery replaced after letting it sit for a year. I had found the seat heaters were out for that reason but did not think to connect the garage door opener to the same issue. Im gonna hold off on replacing the module until I can get the PIWIS update. Than you!
  2. Thanks! This is consistent with homelinks site but more detail. If the picture is accurate I at least have an idea where to locate the control module. Looks like that is my next step in solving this problem. The LED never lights up when going through the steps. I read another post where a guy replaces the control module and the LED worked afterwards. Hoping I have the same success. I think first I’ll try simply reseating the connector plug and see if that has any effect.
  3. 2005 Boxster convertible w/ manual transmission . It’s mostly basic; it does have the Bose stereo but everything else is base from what I can tell.
  4. Trying to update Homelink and it seems the LED is not lighting up at all. Is anyone familiar with these units not lighting up? Im curious if it’s the buttons/LED part or the unit installed behind the bumper? Also, does anyone know which fuse would be related to the Homelink? Thanks in advance!
