  1. I opened up the DME and found an unsoldered connection, I soldered it back and the car now starts, I've finally fixed the issue. Thanks for the advice Loren.
  2. I didn't have time to verify that yet but what could make the DME not supply +5 VDC to the sensor? I'll test if it has +5 VDC in the next 2-3 days.

Hello, I need some advice on how to solve this issue: When I try to crank the car it cranks for 4-5 seconds then stops cranking, I have verified the fuses and relays, the starter and it's wiring. I have replaced the engine wiring to see if it changes anything (had the wiring from another 4.5 cayenne) it did nothing I diagnosed it with the tester and everything seems fine. The weird thing is that if I disconnect the battery ( new one) and connect it again the car cranks fine and it shows on the tester the following DTC's : P0340 Camshaft position sensor A, bank 1 circuit high P0345 Camshaft position sensor A, bank 2 circuit high I have replaced the camshaft sensors and even the crankshaft sensor with OEM Bosch ones. Also the starter works fine (Put a wire to the starter to see if it cranks) even with the car cranking it does not start because of the camshaft errors (the car makes no spark with camshaft errors). Is it possible that the ECU is damaged ? Thank you.
