  1. Thanks for sharing this. Every little bit of info can be helpful.
  2. If I remember correctly, the owner's manual advises you to not drive a GT2 in winter conditions. Mine is flashed. One thing I wish is for would be a setting for rain with less boost. I still have my 930 and I have driven it in very stormhy weather with my boost turned down. One thing about driving these cars.. They really come on strong from low revs. I have been surprised a couple of times with incredibly quick oversteer that had me looking out my side window. I have a lot of expreience with a variety of performance cars and racing experience, so it wasn't due to inexperience. The porsche ads about "Respect" that they ran with the 997 GT2s should have been used on the early cars! The 997s have traction control. We have our right foot. And, be very careful of really cheap GT2s. I have seen more than one that turned out to have been on its roof and another with suspension/frame damage. They were the only 2 inexpensive ones I have seen. I believe the lowest range for a decent-good car is probably mid $70s, and that is an outstanding bargain for what you get. BTW, it is starting to look like prices are firming up. More enthusiasts are starting to understand what these are all about. GL JR
