  1. I agree with you Mark but always depend of the logic inside the cluster computer. Of course we don't have access to this information. The signal goes in , something happen, and the signals goes out. What happen in there depend of the "and" gate or the "or" gate. In the wiring diagram you got the manual switch which goes to the cluster and ???? But after a night of rest I consider the triggering signal is at fault. Which comes from the cluster.....Try the "master" reset and will see. May be we will learn something new... I have to admit I was a bit confused by the first statement "when i reach 75mph the sign on the dash will come up saying not working but is up" because when you trigger this fault you have to reset it with piwis or durametric... Anyway, give it a try.... 15
  2. will try and see if this happens,but if the relay was no good would it still go up and down with switch inside the car,as said the spoiler will go up and down all day long with the switch in the car but will not go up automatically at the 75 mph speed reached the car is 2001 many thanks mark
  3. the spoiler works fine by switch in the car, stays up all the time unless i bring it down by using switch but will not go up automatically when reaching the 75 mph
  4. hi every one rear spoiler will lift up manually from switch in side car when i reach 75mph the sign on the dash will come up saying not working but is up, when you retract spoiler with switch it will go down no prob but will not lift up automatically any idears
  5. i think loren will be able to answer this got fuel tank lid off got pump half outof carrier but does not seem to want to come out is there wire or pipes holding it in dont just want to pull any idears or could you send mw photos of how to remove firemark1810@btinternet.com many thanks people
  6. filled up day before yesterday was not reading on gauge so went into garage and filled up to 3/4 of tank from rep garage
  7. hi every one, car been running fine 996 t/t left work tonite on moterwat doing 50 mph, car just cut out, pulled to side of road would not start at all checked all fuses all ok felt like fuel starvation, got her home o low loader care of the AA breakdown, took pipe of fuel cannister pumping fuel no prob but still wont start, will try on the key for about 20 sec then she will fire up run for about 2 sec then cut out again, if i push down excellaretor pedal will not rev at all will just cut out any idears thanks mark
  8. hi every one broke down tonite , was traveling at 50 mph lost complete power pulled over to the side of the road would not start, got her home on low loader, will go to start run for two seconds then just cut out, there is fuel getting up disconnected fuel line its pumping ,it takes ages to start on the key eventually will get a little kick into action for two seconds then cut out she is a 2000 996 t/t 90,000 miles any idears
