I sent my calipers for refinishing and talked to Eli prior to shipping them. Nice guy, everything went well. They received the calipers and didn't even start on them for a week. Eli promised the turnaround time was 7-10 days, well past that by now. I called many times to check on the status and got a major runaround. Eli would not answer or return my calls what so ever! Finally they are done with refinishing and now they want a payment but ONLY by bank wire transfer or Pay Pal "gift" payment. Those options leave me with absolutely zero recourse. At this point I have no clue if I will ever get my calipers back and If I send them a $860 "gift" I may not see that either.. Has anyone had any experience with these guys? I see that they were a vendor on 6speed in the past. I am so frustrated I can't even describe it __________________
