  1. 138,000 on my Artic Silver 1997. Still a blast to drive. Currently have hard top on it and snows since I'm in Michigan and it looks like an early winter!
  2. Hi. This has been a great site and thanks for all the info. Long story short, 45 days waiting for dealer to "repair" my failed 97 convertible top for $2500 +/-. thru here and Pete's Boxster board I find I may not need to do the total replacement the dealer is recommending. However I can't find anyone who can locate the cables for the top so that I can replace them? Amazing that the dealer is waiting on parts from Germany 45 days during the summer here in Michigan. I haven't been able to use my top and really question the Porsche parts distribution system. Does anyone know where I can find the cables to fix my 97 convertable top? Thanks in advance. Mike Burke
