  1. Thanks... I took everything apart but the right wheel well
  2. Can someone tell me how to find/access the wiper fluid pump on a 2005 base model or point me to the right thread. Thanks
  3. I have a V-6 Cayenne and I am tired of replacing horns and this Pepper is out of warranty. I have Hella horns I want to install. I bought them from Griot's and it looks straight forward. After looking over the hardware, I see Porsche has a proprietary plug that fits into the horns. Of course the Hella's do not. Can I assume it is as simple as cutting off the stock horns, making up new connectiions from the brown and purple stock wires and connecting the Hella's? I got the mounting part down. It's the wiring I want to make certain of. Thanks!
  4. Was that install a DIY or did you pay someone to do it? Obviously the boost guage does not work, but were you able to get everything else to work?
  5. Hey Sid, I have a 2005 V6 that came with 17" OEM's...after a year I could not stand it anymore...I had a little extra cash and my dealer just took 20" sport Techno's off another customers Cayenne they were upgrading. I was lucky to get a little off the price...WOW what a visual difference. As far as ride, yes its slightly stiffer. I was also worried about weight, but the brakes seem to feel better and acceleration does not seem to be any different. Overall I am very pleased. PS- I did ALOT of on-line research and ended up feeling better about staying with OEM. Maybe it's being overly cautious, but my family rides/drives the pepper...many wheels may be made by the same manufacturer and distributed under different names, but mine say "Porsche"... Good enough for me. Good Luck
  6. Got detailed instructions on this? I did not know you could defeat the error message...
  7. Of course they make the non turbo front end look more like the turbo... NOW! <_< I agree on the rear...anyone say "X5?"
  8. Marco...how about some pictures of this beast? Looking at the mods...you should be busting with pride...SHOW IT OFF
  9. Anyone (Loren) know the part number for this piece? Or better yet any suggestions on how to "fix" it? :cursing:
  10. Can you post pictures? I'm liking the price tag :D Say what about the dreaded vibration you hear about  I live in Texas so I'm not too concerned about ice, snow, and lately rain
  11. WE are now in luck...NR Auto says they should have something out very soon...e-mail them for specifics :clapping:
  12. Glad to hear you got it fixed...SAD to hear one has to go to that kind of length to ensure it gets fixed. What happened to.."WE accept responsibility"? Keep us informed if it reverts back.
  13. Sorry I did not ask for clarification on the OEM part number. I assumed it was the clear LED unit...I was asking for my wife...as my Cayenne rolled up from the service bay and I had to get going. :drive: CJack
