  1. I experienced the exact same rattle in my '02 C4S. I discovered that the sunroof frame had loosened up over time. I tightened it and the rattle is gone.
  2. I have a 2002 911 C4S and live in New Jersey where we have all types of weather (including a recent hurricane). I am running the Hankook Ventus V12 all seasons. Very reasonably priced and very good in all weather conditions. Wear is marginal though.
  3. I have a 2002 911 C4S with 23k miles. I noted a build up of white slime in the oil filler tube. Should I be concerned?
  4. Thanks. It's idling at about 700. Good to know it's "normal".
  5. I have a 2002 996 C4S 6-speed. What RPM should the idle be at when the engine is warm and the car is in neutral?
  6. New to Porsche and this website. Just bought a pre-owned 2002 911 C4S with only 21k miles. New RMS and IMS bearing. However, idle is rough. Is this normal?
