  1. When I brought my '04 C2 I made it a point to change all fluids so I would have a baseline going forward (brake, coolant, oil, tranny), even sent oil sample to Blackstone. Car had 55,000 on it.
  2. Loren, thx for the a part #, I have the same issue on driver side! wonder what causes this? Same part # for '04 C2? Is it a simple removal?
  3. An alternative I did utilized the Phillips DRL kit, about $85. Plug and play, ran wires through headlight moduals and placed the lights in the upper air ducts. Auto on/off and update the look of the car.
  4. Thx for reply Loren, unfortunately I don't have access to those. I was hoping for a manual engagement procedure.
  5. Is there a way to manual engage them? I have never heard them come on and just want to check they are functioning. Thx for replies.
  6. I placed it in with the bend facing the rear. Not sure if that was correct though.
  7. Does one of the edges have a roll / bend to it? If so it goes on the top lip of what might be called a rain guard. Mine was missing and I replaced it with that part. You can see where it goes when the sunroof is in the up position. Your pic seems like the part and it should be the exact size of the lip. hope this helps.
  8. I have oil dripping from bottom of filter housing. Replaced the filter 500 miles ago and it just started. Filter housing is on tight. Is there anything above the housing that would be leaking? Advise appreciated - thx
  9. When closing the frunk, do not press on the emblem after dropping it down from about 12". Rather put the palms of your hand on both sides of the emblem then press down till it latches. Pressure on the emblem will produce a dent over time.
  10. Saw a post about this oil tester product on a Austin Healey forum. Don't get me wrong here I utilize Blackstone at oil change but might consider this in between. Any thoughts on this out there?
  11. Thank you JFP, will do the easier route in spring if it ever comes to WI. Do I need a special Pcar fluid?
