  1. 2001 Box S with Becker CDR220 Model BE 4462, Serial Y5051273. I appreciate your help in finding my radio code. Thanks, Gary
  2. Got this as a wet roller last month so after drying it out I am still learning what works and what doesn't. Bentley shows instruments, OBD2 and PSM on B1. Checked power lead to OBD2 and looks OK. Will remove cluster and poke around manyanna. I thought I would do a complete fuse inventory and found 8 discrepancies, one of which was B1. Bentley says 15A, my B1 had 30A. More tomorrow.
  3. Persistent dead battery in '01 S led me to connect my ammeter to the negative lead and found .9A flowing with nothing on. Traced it to fuse B1 which Bentley says goes to Bridge Point 9/2 and the upper right quadrant of Relay Socket 27 in Relay Panel 1. I found that location but there appears to be nothing there. Any ideas on how I find where my leaky current is going?
  4. I decided both trunk locks were needlessly complex and inconvenient. Installed an AeroCatch on my front lid and plan to do the same with the rear. 01 Box S.
  5. Bought the car cheap with bad motor and no rear window. Removed wheels and found rear lid cable but front was just nowhere so cut a hole and removed the factory latch. Installed an AeroCatch which I like better than the original. Hood had a hail dent so will paint that in the spring. Had to remove seats and carpet to dry it out but with that done, it is looking pretty good. Opened up the Immobilizer which was UGLY after being wet for sometime. Dried it an cleaned it up and it works! Lights, horn, top and even got the engine start relay to talk to me. Motor comes out next....
  6. 2001 Box S with dead battery. Tried the alternate battery direct to fuse - nothing. Pulled right inner fender liner to find emergency cable - missing. Before I cut off my lid, thought I would seek suggestions from those smarter than I.
