I am in the process of buying a late 993 Cabriolet to replace my current 2004 996 Cabriolet. I love my 996 but have decided to go a bit old school :) I have found a 1998 with 46K miles that is currently being driven from SF to LA this week. I have attached the CarFax and the factory option packs as attachments below (Thanks to Loren for sending to me!!) Prior to purchasing, I would like to have an independent Porsche mechanic take a detailed look at it to see if there are any issues/drama with the car. Does anyone have any recommendations for such a person/garage in the LA area?
