Body issue

I have a 1974 912 2.0 "orange" and had the briliant idea of sanding her down to the metal, body is desent.

So now I have some rust holes and dings, it is kind of intimidating, and there is a small gash on the rear fender.

1. I thought of buying the fender flares but they add 9" on each side, I am looking for some thing more modest?

2. All of the body seals are older than the hills, our there any common seals that you can use to replace them,

Porsche suppliers are just a little to proud of there rubber "$$$"?

3. what are some body and mechanical modes I should do while I have her in this state?

I recommend going to Excellence the magazine on the web, there is a 16 part series on the restoration and mods of a 914.
