Hi everyone - for some reason today, my navigator, jukebox Bluetooth audio has stopped working.

The navigator just says "loading map" and when I press the source button, there is only the option for am/fm/disc/aux

I assume that basically the hard disc drive is not accessed, preventing the maps loading or any audio process. My phone still connects via Bluetooth, but again, no audio streaming.

I've checked the fuses I've read about relating to the pcm but all seems ok there. Is there something I'm missing? There are no error messages, just simply no options for anything requiring access to the hdd. Any advice would be most appreciated!!!

Hi - I ended up having to take it back to the dealership.  They couldn't find the problem so had to order in a replacement system.

Sorry I don't have a better solution!
