Lost the metal clip that holds air filter housing together

Stupidly I just lost one of the two metal clips that hold the air filter housing box together when changing one of my air filters on a 2012 Cayenne Turbo.

 

I cannot find it anywhere and I somehow can not figure out how to order or purchase another one of these clips online. Does anyone have any ideas on where to obtain one of these metal tension clips pictured below in the attachment near the yellow arrows. Thank you in advance!
