Looks like just the two bolts (item4). Sorry, I do not remember how hard they are to get to.

Thanks Loren! Do you have any advice on how to remove the two lines that have red inserts holding them in? I know there is a special tool, which I have ordered, but I am not sure how to disconnect/connect them.

The red insert has to be held in position while the line is pulled out. There are some tool called air conditioning and fuel line removing tool that can be purchase and really not expensive... Here's an exemple:

That tool only checks to see that the high pressure lines are properly seated. It is an assembly tool.

....According to some search I did with your part# , it is called coupling tool but unfortunately no pictures....Sorry,  just saw Loren answer....
