997.1 C4 Cab vs 997.2 C2S Coupe (noob to Porsche)

Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum and after reading a lot of good literature, I really need opinions here. It is definitely not an apples to apples comparison so bare with me here ? 

 

Ive nailed it down to the following two, as they are in immaculate condition (same price)

 

2006 997.1 Cab C4 Tip

35k miles (full service history and immaculate condition)

New engine mount, New suspension, brakes/disks, tyres, New roof and body paint by the Porsche dealer etc.

PASM, sport chrono, bose etc, after market pioneer screen. 

 

2008 997.2 C2S Coupe PDK

70k miles (full service history)

Spec is similar but this one has adaptive seats.

 

Purpose - Daily drive to work, not concerned about performance (Not racing or heading to the track, no mods besides lights if Gen 1)

 

I'm torn because I've always dreamed of the wider hips and a cab, the reading here kinda puts me off getting the Gen 1 (even though the engine serial shows its a MY06 and should be "OK").

 

Relocated to Asia and the supply of 997s is Super Low.  I'm limited to these two given my budget requirements.

 

Please help
