No lights on passenger side

Help! my passenger side side markers, tail light are not working. Driver side turns on but passenger side is off.  Also, no 3rd parking light and no under hood light. Driver side fog light is off.

fuse 41 keeps blowing out. I took out both side markers, fog lights and tail lights and made sure all terminals are connected and bulbs are good.

2 front grounds under head light have been cleaned. Rear ground in trunk is cleaned too.

Hazard light works on all corners

 

any idea? I dont see a short or broken wire. How do i further trouble shoot?
