PIWIS 2 adaptor for 993 and older?

Yes, I have used it with PST2, PIWIS1 and PIWIS2, albeit only once with PIWIS2.  Personally, I prefer to use PST2 or PIWIS1 with the 993, as the software is Bosch based.

The cable Richard is referring to is just that, a cable that has no idea what is on either end of it. It also does not have an electronic interface in the middle of it, like the main Durametric cable does, so there is nothing to get in the way of it making a connection with the PIWIS.

So you are agreeing with that cable plugged into vci of piwis will work to communicate with 993 and older
