  • Description My previous car was a 1997 e36 M3, which was my primary driver until the 997. I was really tired of a black interior and Cosmos Black exterior (though it is a great color, it's hard to maintain). I had to do a lot of convincing to be able to get the 997. As I want to keep the car a long time, I stayed away from PASM (hence no S) or a gorgeous full leather interior. They also cost a lot and depreciate plenty. Having the car for 14 years now, I'm really happy with it. The Bridgestone tires were switched to Michelins. BTW, "E Tcket" is a reference to Disneyland; the best rides...get it?? I went with the new color Meteor Grey and really like it. Red's my favorite, actually, but too attention seeking for me. I went grey/grey because...why not? Something you don't usually see pre-ordered. Oh...right. I ordered the car because dealer inventory had things I didn't want: Bose, Sport Chrono...just didn't want to spend the dough. Ordered 11/09/06, delivered 2/17/09 @ Paul Miller Porsche. Price listed is without tax and title.
    P74 Bi-Xenon Headlamp Package
    P15 Power Seat Package
    342 Heated Front Seats

    Aftermarket additions:
Clear Bra (sure wish I had put it on the M3).
LoJack (having been carjacked at gunpoint in a C320, you think about these things...)
