• Description Hi

Living in the UK I think we pay more for performance cars. I purchased her March 2006 so I have enjoyed 12 months of the Porsche experience. I had searched for at least 12 months before I purchased. I spent many a night on the internet looking at adverts. In all I test drove 17 911's and looked at over 30.

Eventually I ended up buying her from my local Porsche dealership. I went for a drive and that was it, the best experience in all the 911's I had tested. Deal was done.

She had one previous owner who had part exchanged her for a Cayenne. Fortunately she had a full service done with new brake discs, pads and tyres. The dealership also did all the cosmetic touch ups for me and added a factory fitted sports exhaust.

Total spec:

Interior metropole blue leather with suede headlining
Sport seats with Crest embossed headrest.

However I have big plans. I was never really interested in the PCM2 as there are far better aftermarket products out there. But now I realise the horrors of the dreaded MOSTbus on 2003 onward cars. Certainly ike the Pioneer 2 PIN avic D3 very factory looking.

Also getting a HID kit.

Finally will be getting the centre console in carbon fibre. No to every body's tastes but I love carbon.

Going to get a full paint correction and zymol next month get those swirl marks that I can see under the garage light.

Future plans to go to Germany and drive the Nurburgring.

In the last 12 months only problem I have had is a sump plug aluminium washer needed replacing.

thats a beauty!!!!! Nice ride. Love the artic silver, it was my first choice, but found a great deal on second color choice in ocean blue metallic. Your C4s is sweet indeed! Why not a turbo at that price though?
