Hi, thanks in advance for any help you can provide

Lorn provided me with radio codes back in 2007 when I first got my 2000 Boxster S.

We'll I didn't need it until yesterday when I pulled the radio to check why my rear speakers were not working. We'll I cleaned the contacts, put the radio back, tried the two codes Lorn provided back in 2007.... No good :(

It's a Becker CDR-220

Type 4462

Serial number. Y5039229

24/99

Codes Lorn gave me were 1130 and 1128

One other question... The rear speakers are still not working. Any advice? Checked the fuses, cleaned the connections.

Is there an amp for the rear optional speakers that may be out?

thanks Loren, when the radio powers on it displays WAIT  according to the manual, after an hour it should reset, I waited a little more than an hour and I am still getting the WAIT message.  Anything I can do to get to the code entry display?  thanks Phil
