2003 would be leds. Palo Alto Speedometer can repair both. The clock shaft plastic piece can be replaced and should work as long as the adjustment mechanism is not broken.

Maintenance schedules are Porsche copyrighted materials - you need to get them from Porsche or the Porsche website.
Copyrighted Porsche materials are not allowed here. Sorry 😞

Then you also need to check for fault codes in the DME. You will need a PIWIS tester or Durametric to do that.
Report any fault codes back here please.

If it is a low speed only issue then yes the ballast (on that side) can likely be the problem.

Fault 5525 Torque transmission from the DME disturbed at times
Effect:
- The PSM function is switched off
- The ABS function is switched off
- The ASR function is switched offNote!
The fault is sent from the DME control module to the PSM control module via the CAN bus. The PSM system is not faulty!Possible cause of fault:

DId you perform a throttle adaption after replacing the throttle body?
Perform adaptation:
1. Switch on the ignition.
2. Wait one minute. Do not press the accelerator.
3. Switch off the ignition for at least 10 seconds.
4. Read out the fault memory. -

Makes sense. So is there no way to make this other wheel work, in your opinion? This wheel was swapped into the car prior to my ownership.
Sorry, I would have to sit down and compare both steering wheel wiring.
Porsche does not change part numbers and put year limits on them unless they have to.

The correct part number for your MY2009 car is: 997 347 803 21 plus the color designator.

Hi everyone,
I have some updates here! I've fixed the side mirror issue (someone just reinstalled the switch upside down). The horn is still a mystery.
With several Porsche specialist mechanics, I've determined that the horns, relays, wiring, fuses, and control module all work properly. I have no airbag lights and the clock spring seems to be fine. However, when the horn button is pushed on the wheel, the horn doesn't honk.
We determined that the new wheel is also from a 997 (part# 997.347.803.85). We tried reprogramming the car, through a PIWIS, to indicate that a multifunction wheel was installed, but it created a new issue: The horn would only STOP honking when the horn button was pressed. Apparently, the 997.2 wheels are not plug-and-play, as the "new" wheel has a different grounding point than the original one. The new wheel has a grounding wire that plugs into a grounding clip on the metal bracket.
Has anyone successfully done this swap? Basically, I need to reverse the behavior of the horn pressing after coding a multifunction install.
Thanks! That part number (997.347.803.85) is for MY2011 and newer 997.2.
What year is your car?

Very possibly yes.
His problem may have been the power connector in his car or even a pinched wire.

Is this a Turbo?

Can someone please help me with my unlock code? 4462 x5032758

Oddly sometimes an intermittent brake light switch (on the pedal) can cause this.
Other things to look at are the speed sensors on each wheel.

Thank you, BUT 9162 is the original and used to work but in the last 20+ tries it did not anymore. Any ideas why? All help is welcome.
If your radio has been repaired by a third party rather than Becker then I can not help you. The code numbers are reset after any repair so Becker has to either set them then (if possible).

The algorithm is wrong.
The code is based on the last four numbers of the serial number.
In your example the correct code would be 2342.

Likely a TT standard part. Not all RoW models had the manual adjustment. The US/Canada cars did not have it either.
