  1. Loren, thank you for the quick response. I did follow the steps. I have attached a picture. When I got into the menu I used the channel up button and scrolled to SN page. I then used the button under the right arrow key and WSO19200 is displayed. I was hesitant to push the * or AS or | buttons (you will see those on the picture) perhaps those expand on the number? Also perhaps it is W5019200?
  2. Hello. Proud owner of a 1998 986 with only 23700 miles. Great car and great experience purchasing it, except the dealer lost all of the books. Got new ones coming from eBay, but need the radio code. If I followed the thread correctly this is where someone can help me, which appears to be Loren, so thank you in advance!
